EP 2: Britain’s Got Talent Winner, Collabro Star: Richard Hadfield

From Brighton busker to winner of Britains Got Talent to England Rugby National Anthem singer, Richard Hadfield has had a whirlwind career so far and doesn’t plan on stopping anytime soon.
Having won BGT as part of musical theatre boy band Collabro in 2014, Richard has had the homour of performing for royalty and alongside some of his idols including Shirley Bassey, Tom Jones and Alfie Boe.
Right now he continues to travel the world and perform in theatres and cabaret venues entertaining people with his lyrical tenor voice. Richard’s upcoming plans include recording a fresh new album consisting of theatre classics fused with the jazz influences of Cole Porter and Michel Legrand.
If you want to see Richard perform regularly you can always find him at the Boisdale of Belgravia every Sunday between 1-4pm with his jazz band bringing you a mixture of jazz, opera and any other requests that pop into the audiences head!

Street busking gave me some great tools and opportunities but Charlotte has taken it to another level. In this episode we de bunk some busking myths and understand how Charlotte has forged a successful career as an independent artist from the ancient art of busking in London.
Often found busking along the river Thames and in London’s busiest train stations, Charlotte’s street performances have led to sold out shows in London and slots at Cornbury, Henley and Glastonbury Festival.
Charlotte has released her music independently. In 2021 her original songs were featured on ITV’s Love Island, along with her cover of The Killers’ Mr. Brightside. She is a playlisted artist in every UK Caffe Nero and her singles have gained attention from BBC Introducing.
